NO Hassle Return Policy


2 Rivers offers a “hassle free” return policy. As a customer of 2 Rivers Outdoors you automatically have a 30-day “no questions asked” return privilege as long as the product is in the same new condition you received it in. Only unopened manufacturer packages returned within 30 days will be accepted for a full refund minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.


When making a return, you need to contact us first at customerservice@2riversoutdoors.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so we can properly credit you when the product is received by us. When contacting us for a RMA, be sure to have your:

  1. Product part number
  2. Invoice or order number
  3. Your address
  4. Your phone number
  5. Your email address

We will make the return process as quick and easy as we can!

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Damages that occur during shipping should be reported within 10 days of receipt. If the damages result in the need for replacement, a replacement will be shipped free of shipping and handling fees after the returned item is received.

Merchandise that is received defective must be returned within 30 days. The customer will be shipped a new undamaged item free of shipping and handling fees. After 30 days’ merchandise that becomes defective should be returned to the manufacturer per the manufacturer’s return/warranty policy.
